How it works
Monthly Meetup
Three founders present what they're building — five minutes each, followed by open discussion. Online, with recordings shared to members.
Weekly Cohorts
Small groups of 3–4 founders checking in each week. What did you ship? What's in the way? Are you talking to customers?
Discord Community
Tool recommendations, shipping updates, and honest feedback from people who understand the AI-native way of building.
Peer Accountability
No gurus. No lectures. Just fellow founders building right now, helping each other stay focused and ship faster.
One thing we ask
If you want to present, you should be actively building something — a live product that's seeking real customers. We're here to help each other ship, and that works best when everyone's in the arena.

Founder & Convener
Serial founder and former CTO with a background spanning fintech, hedge fund systems, and pension architecture. Founded a climate-focused VC fund and built startups across multiple sectors — some successful, some valuable failures.
Previously created brum.ai, a 3,000-member AI community in Birmingham. Now building an AI-native pension tax reclaim business and looking for fellow founders who are navigating the same new reality of building with AI at the core.
